1966 Chevelle—SOLD
This Chevelle will feature dark metallic gray paint, 18" wheels, and a 405 horsepower LS6 engine.

The bodywork was started which included smoothing the firewall.


A durable textured material is sprayed throughout the interior
for years of protection.


Every aspect of the body was given attention.


In this photo you can see the new LS6/4L65E up front and
the new Ford 9" in the rear.


When the bodywork was complete the Chevelle was moved into the spray booth.


Six coats of dark metallic silver and six coats of clear were applied.


The ’66 is now ready to be plumbed and wired.


Beautiful stock body lines and modern technology combine to make
this an awesome car.


The Chevelle was unloaded at the engine shop.


Here the smoothed firewall can be seen.


Polished billet serpentine accessories were added and the intake was painted
to match the body.


The engine and air conditioning system were installed and plumbed.


Final preparation of the car was begun. Trim and weather stripping were added.


A final buff was added to the paint.


Procar seats were recovered in leather to match the custom center console and door panels.


The custom console houses a DVD player and monitor.


The battery was relocated to the trunk. A billet mount keeps everything
in place behind a custom panel.


Custom panels finish out the trunk with a clean look.


We unveiled the car at the 2005 Super Chevy Show in Denver
and were awarded “Outstanding Modified Chevelle.”
