 A new lip is fabricated and installed to retain the quarter panel over the right rear wheel. Rust had attacked the previous panel.  The right side quarter panel is welded in.  The door jamb is placed so the door gap will be better than original.  The quarter is spot welded to the new wheel well lip. Notice the repair to the inner wheel well.  The right quarter panel is now installed, we'll move to the left side.  Covering all the welds after they have been ground down to ensure that the underside is completely smooth.
